1. Company information
heybox! is a service provided by Miko Cooperation, Frederikssund, Denmark. Contact: hey@heybox.dk.
2. The service
heybox! offers short-term rental of moving boxes to private individuals in Greater Copenhagen. The boxes are delivered to and collected from the address provided at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that fall outside our service area or for other operational reasons.
3. Ordering and payment
An order is binding once you receive a confirmation from heybox!. Payment is made in cash via MobilePay when the boxes are delivered.
The price is calculated based on the number of boxes, the rental period and any add-ons such as carrying or cleaning. The final price is stated in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation or changes to an order must be made no later than 48 hours before the agreed delivery date by contacting us at hey@heybox.dk.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, heybox! reserves the right to charge a fee equal to one day's rental.
5. The user's responsibility
You are responsible for the boxes from the time of delivery up to and including collection. The boxes must be handled with care and returned in the condition in which they were received.
Damaged or lost boxes are charged at a replacement price of 35 kr. per box, collected via MobilePay.
6. Delivery and collection
heybox! delivers and collects within Greater Copenhagen (postcodes 1000-2959, with a few exceptions). You will receive a time window for delivery and collection via email or SMS.
An adult must be present at delivery and collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. If we are unable to gain access, we reserve the right to charge a failed-visit fee.
7. Rental period and extension
The rental period is stated in your booking confirmation and varies depending on the number of boxes. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact us no later than 2 days before the agreed collection date.
Extensions are charged at the weekly rate in effect at the time and paid via MobilePay.
8. Privacy policy
heybox! processes your personal data (name, address, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of completing your order and communicating with you about it.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless it is necessary to provide our service (e.g. payment processing). The data is stored securely and deleted after the end of the customer relationship in accordance with applicable law (GDPR).
You have the right at any time to access, rectify or erase your personal data by contacting hey@heybox.dk.
